Specific known defects and untested features should be identified in each listing; this general notice does not replace those disclosures.
Inspect before paying. Buyers should examine and, where appropriate, test an item before completing a purchase, confirm measurements, condition, included accessories, and suitability, and ask about anything unclear. Photos may vary in color or appearance; props are excluded unless specifically listed. Approximate measurements are labeled as such. Descriptions and photographs are provided in good faith; errors will be corrected when identified. Nothing here overrides an express promise or permits misleading descriptions or concealment of known defects.
Price, availability & final sales. Listings are invitations to inquire, not guaranteed reservations. Confirm the item, final price, applicable taxes, payment method, and pickup terms directly with the seller. An item is not held without written confirmation. Completed sales are final, with no change-of-mind returns, exchanges, or refunds, except as required by law or expressly agreed in writing. Any deposit, hold, cancellation, or delivery terms must be agreed before payment.
Pickup & safe use. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, buyers arrange suitable transportation, enough helpers, and necessary packing and moving equipment. Confirm access and loading arrangements in advance. Use qualified help for heavy items and follow manufacturer instructions for installation and use. Responsibility for loss or damage transfers upon agreed handoff, subject to applicable law. Each party remains responsible for its own conduct; these terms do not waive liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Independent resale catalog. Heritage Collection is an independent resale business. It is not sponsored, guaranteed, or endorsed by Facebook Marketplace or product manufacturers. Brand names identify items only and do not imply affiliation. Any manufacturer warranty is available only if its terms permit transfer.
Your legal rights remain. These terms apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law. They do not exclude fraud, intentional misrepresentation, nonwaivable consumer rights, or other liability that cannot legally be limited. Mandatory law and any specific written sale agreement control over conflicting general language. Review these terms and resolve questions with the seller before payment.
